Melody Murray's Books

I picked this because it made me think of my grandmother, who made a lot of doll clothes. I thought I'd leaf through it quickly. I was not expecting to be utterly charmed by the dresses, but oh, I was! Vintage hankies are one of my weaknesses and I'm rarely without one tucked into my bag- but all I use them for is, well, you know. I never thought to dress my dolls in them. Wait, I don't have dolls. Or the ability to sew. But this is one of those books that, while I was reading it, made me think I might like to. Well worth a look, if you have the slightest interest in vintage fabrics.
